    Based on mutual understanding of the LLP Partners, changes in business activities can be made in the LLP Agreement by filing for it with the ROC. We are the go-to-partner for business activity changes including advisory. Note: An LLP is not permitted to conduct NBFC businesses, which is a restriction stated by the Act.

    Procedure

    Present LLP Agreement to check for the provision of such alteration

    Submit the necessary documents for Alteration

    Verification of the documents by our team of experts for errors and omissions

    Forms Filing with the ROC

    Submission of any clarification required by the ROC

    Registration of the Form filed with ROC so the LLP can begin the new activity
